Volunteers Needed for System Definition and Requirements Development

Judge Baker Children’s Center is a well-established local non-profit agency with a focus on technical innovation.  Established in 1917 and a Harvard Medical School affiliate, the mission of Judge Baker Children’s Center is to improve the mental health care of youth and families. Just steps away from the Northeastern campus, a team of developers, researchers, and clinicians is currently building an exciting clinical progress monitoring, feedback, and coaching software system to support children and families.  Here’s your opportunity…. we need talented volunteers for defining requirements for this information system of engagement and record. Our ideal candidates are Masters students in Computer Science or Information Systems with strong analytical and writing skills and aspiring to pursue a full stack lead developer and/or product manager career in software / Information systems development. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to interact with accomplished SMEs and contribute to real world cloud based, multi-tenant system definition and requirements development work that leverages AI/ML technologies for decision support and precision coaching. Time commitment would be in the range of 32 to 40 hours during the upcoming summer semester.  Course credit may be available depending on requirements.  Interested candidates should submit a brief resume or questions totraining@jbcc.harvard.edu.
