Who: The DREAM Program, Inc. is a mentoring organization that pairs college students with youth from affordable housing neighborhoods. Our mentoring relationships with youth from affordable housing neighborhoods empower children to lead healthy, productive lives.

What: A mentoring program run by college students
DREAM mentors will create valuable experiences for their mentees which include:
- Weekly one-on-one and group mentoring
- Summer and winter programming throughout Adventure Programming initiatives (vary
- by location)
- Local and regional end-of-semester adventure trips (Culminating Experiments)
Typical Programming Day: Mentors will travel to the community to pick up mentees (after the school day has ended for them) and take them back to campus to implement the activity of their choosing. After the activity is done, mentors will drop their mentees back to their house.
Start Date: Spring 2018/Programming days vary by location
Time: 5-6 hrs/wk (1-2hrs planning/meeting, 4hrs programming/mentoring time)
